Please do not make t2 bpo's available through invention. With the amount of people that are going to do it just think of how common they will become. You will end up with literally hundreds of every t2 bpo. Again CCP do not make a stupid mistake...

I have a few views on this, firstly there are cartels for some t2 bpo's maybe, but 99% of t2 bpo's do not have cartels. Also alliances, yes even BOB do not own anywhere near all of the bpo's so that arguement should die. The lottery may be coming...
